As a member of the national u3a our emphasis is on learning, sharing knowledge, making new friends, socialising and generally having fun together. We do this through:
- various interest groups
- visits and social events
- Monthly meetings with an invited speaker

Theydon Bois Village Hall on the first Monday of each month from 10.30am
Feel free to come along to our monthly meeting from 9.30 to be warmly welcomed and given help to decide if you would like to join us. At each meeting you will:
- find out about activities and interest groups
- learn of new events being organised
- chat with group leaders or committee members
- hear a talk by an invited speaker
- socialise with other members and enjoy a tea or coffee

Epping Forest u3a is a member of a network of 1000+ local charities across the UK that run learning and recreational activities for people no longer in full-time employment.
