This group is aimed at lovers of wine who want to learn more about it. At each meeting wines are sampled from specific parts of the world, sometimes focusing on reds or whites or sparkling wines.

Members taste the wine, give their opinions and discuss with others, and indicate which wine they like best out of those tasted. They are also asked to judge the price of each wine. The group examines details provided about each wine on the label. There are also occasional wine discussions led by wine buyers for local wine sellers

The group meets once a month in Loughton on Fridays between 7.30pm and 9.30pm.
