This group is largely modelled on Wine Tasting 1.

Members engage in blind-tasting of a sample of white wines and red wines from different regions or chosen to represent other themes, such as grape variety and use of specific wine-making techniques. The wines are evaluated and scored and members discuss their personal tastes and rank the wines they have tasted. The host then reveals the identity of the wines and their price.

The group meets in various locations, Friday evening, once a month.
